Over the past 15 years CJCA and its members have led the way in Juvenile Justice and meeting the needs of youths in our systems. In 2009 we hope to celebrate our accomplishments as we continue our leadership to ensure the voice of youth corrections is included in the national dialogue and help guide local decision-making to best serve youths and the public. - Edward J.
